Shipping and returns

Processing Your Order

Please allow up to 4 full working days to receive your order.  We are closed on weekends and all New Zealand public holidays.  Please make sure you provide the correct address.  A $10 fee to re-ship the order IN ADDITION to the shipping cost will be charged.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is $3.50 for all orders within New Zealand which includes P O Box numbers. Rural delivery will incur an extra $5. If your order is quite large, you will be advised of what the shipping cost will be.

Returns Policy

We are unable to offer a refund on ANY of our products for hygiene reasons, as there is no way of us knowing that the product has not been opened or tampered with. So please make sure you choose carefully! We also feel it's important for all our customers to know that any product they buy is fresh, hygienic and not been opened by anyone else!

We stand by all of our products 100%, however in the unlikely event of a manufacturer's defect or flaw then please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the situation for you.

International Orders

We welcome orders from overseas.  Shipping costs will be dependent on the destination and weight of the order and you will be advised of this at the time of purchase.
