By purchasing products from www.williesdreadwax.co.nz the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.

Business Customers:
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to business customers (where "business" is as defined by the Act). Business customers agree that where products are purchased for the purpose of a business that the Act does not apply.

Limitation of Liability:
The Customer shall indemnify Willie's Dread Wax against any loss of or damage to property. www.williesdreadwax.co.nz shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products, even if Willie's Dread Wax has been advised of their possibility.

Shipping:
We welcome orders from overseas.  Shipping costs will be dependent on the destination and weight of the order and you will be advised of this at the time of purchase.

Refunds:
We are unable to offer a refund on ANY of our products for hygiene reasons, as there is no way of us knowing that the product has not been opened or tampered with. So please make sure you choose carefully! We also feel it's important for all our customers to know that any product they buy is fresh, hygienic and not been opened by anyone else!

GST:
Prices show on this web site include no GST (Goods and Service Tax), as we currently are not registered for GST.

Addressing:
If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Willie's Dread Wax then we shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then a $10 fee to re-ship the order IN ADDITION to the shipping cost will be charged.

Incorrect Bank Account Number:
Willie's Dread Wax gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by Willie's Dread Wax, then we will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.

Mailing Cash:
Willie's Dread Wax does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, Willie's Dread Wax accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.

Unpaid for Goods:
All goods purchased remain the property of Willie's Dread Wax until full payment is received for the said goods. The purchaser understands and gives full permission to Willie's Dread Wax to enter the purchasers premises and remove any goods not paid for in full in the agreed and required payment period. Written notice will be given for the purchasers account to be paid within 14 days prior to goods being removed.
